About Colin Crawford

I’m a Wisconsin licensed guide offering open water multi-species guide service in northeastern Vilas County and Oneida County for individuals, families and/or groups. I actively participate in local efforts for restocking. I’m a WI DNR certified Angler Instructor, former longtime WI DNR Vilas County Delegate for the Conservation Congress, seminar speaker at sports shows and local resorts. I publish regular fishing reports for several area chambers of commerce and local publications. I’m a guide for the Wounded Warrior’s in Action “ WWIA” Eagle River Muskie Chal-Lunge. I’m featured for my walleye expertise in the well known and respected Fishing Hot Spots-Walleye publication. I am a member of the Eagle River Guides Association, Headwaters Chapter of Muskies, Inc., and National Professional Anglers Association ( NPAA #94). I previously divided my time on the water between guiding and fishing in several fishing circuits and tournaments; now my time on the water is exclusively as a local professional fishing guide. I fished the RCL Circuit, including the Championship, and the In-Fisherman Professional Walleye Circuit. Additionally, I toured in the USFA Team Walleye Circuit, including the National Championship and the Master’s Walleye Circuit, as well as, the Mercury National and was a a Championship qualifier. Furthermore, I’ve written articles for both online and in print publications. I promote selective harvest.
